Hi ,

Is there a connector in power automate that can create a google meet event given the start time, end time, attendee list, subject and content

Regards,

Any help on this topic is appreciated 🙂

    Hopefully someone with some more API know-how will jump in - but yeah - with the license implications, I'd probably try RPA first ... although even that is going to require licensing.

    Well, setting up an API call is going to require premium licensing - do you have that on hand?

    APIs are not really my area ... I've connected to a few but it takes me quite some time to get it all working.

    It also looks like Google might charge to connect in certain circumstances, which would need to be looked into.

    On the other hand, I've found that going to https://meet.google.com/new automatically generates a google meeting, and after dismissing the dialogue box, it generates a meeting URL. That could be picked up and placed into meetings. I think that'd be a Power Automate Desk / RPA task though.

    @Rhiassuring Thanks for your input.

    It would be helpful if you can suggest a way to use your solution i PowerAutomate

    Hi there,

    There is no connector for Google Meet, but, you can still create one using an API, apparently...

    The clearest explanation I found for this was the response marked as the answer on this post --

    They also added some good references at the bottom of their post:

    If none of this works for you, could also always use Power Automate Desktop - RPA can get around any issue 😛
