Missing data in integrated PowerApps while visible in PowerBI

Hello,

Below PowerApps was created in Chrome following the steps as described in the Announcing availability of PowerApps custom visual for Power BI (preview) but it seems that the items from the List Box (PO Line: part Number) are not fully reflecting the PowerBI table on the right ("Items Tracking" as attached screenshots (no filters applied)

  •  this case, the item "1:T6043246" is missing from PowerApps visual

I tried to recreate the App from scratch again but it did not solve the issue. Have you ever come across this issue?

Thanks for your help on this.

    Hi @CW2019 ,

    Could you tell me

1)what's the data type of 'PO Number' field?

2)which control that you use to display 'PO Number' field? combo box or drop down?

Note: If you need to makes changes to an app, opening the report in edit more, click 'More options' (…) on the PowerApps visual and select 'Edit'.

    Hi @v-yutliu-msft ,

    1) 'PO Number' Data type is Text

    2) 'PO Number' Control - Combo box

I have been editing this app using the "Edit" button from PowerBI, and also used this to create the app.

What seems strange to me is that the issue is not consistent as for a same 'PO Number", while there should be for example 2 'PO Line : Part Number' visible in Power BI, only one appear in the list box while no filter has been applied.

I am not sure if this is linked to Delegation isssue as the data contains more than 30,000 rows, but I understand that PowerBI already filters the data sent to PowerApps (in this case via 'PO Number' which number of 'PO Line : Part Number' is less than 50 max).

    Best Regards

    Hi @CW2019 ï¼Œ

The record limit of delegation means that the data of data source.

So if the data source 's data is larger than 2000, the result may be effected by delegation.

    Hi @v-yutliu-msft

Is there a way to avoid the delegation issue with dataset from PowerBI?

Could PowerBI already filter the data as it looks like syncying with the data shown in PowerApps?

    Best Regards
