How Do I reference a table and column I just created in previous steps

How do I reference a column I just created in order to fill that column in the same flow and how to I add Key Column and Key value if they have not yet been created?

I cannot create a separate flow for this because that file keeps getting overwritten and Flow doesn't like links getting changed even if same naming is kept .

I am creating a file from an email attachment in Sharepoint, to which a then create a table and add a column

in that column i want to add utcnow() so that I know when the information from the table was added because I have another flow that copies that information into a master excel.
