Help Needed | Timeline form element not displaying any activity for a table record.

Hi All,
I'm trying to display activities regarding a dataverse table object. I followed the steps from this youtube video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xiQXBU3iRFI and https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-pages/configure/view-all-activities-in-portal-timeline Any help is appreciated. Thanks

The timeline object in my form is stuck at loading and the browser network tab shows a 500 error code for https://xxxx.powerappsportals.com/_portal/<some guid>/EntityActivity/GetActivities
