My boss wants our support team to log customer interactions in SharePoint.
When a case is closed (that is, when the customer question is answered / issue is resolved), we'll add a Close Date in a SharePoint column, triggering a flow sending an email to the customer which will contain a link to a Qualtrics survey.
Is this plan feasible / possible?
Thanks for your assistance.
HI @mrfishe2,
Do you want to send an email to the customer when a Date column is filled with value in a list?
If yes, you could consider using the SharePoint trigger When an item is created or modified, then the Office 365 Outlook action Send an email.
In the email body, insert a URL to the survey, and make sure enable Yes for the Is HTML field. The URL to the survey could be configured as:
<a href=”the link to the survey”> click here go to the survey</a>
Please take a try with it and feel free post back if you need more help.
Best regards,
Mabel Mao
