MS Flow - From Address comes with User Email ID who has added item in SharePoint Online List

Hi Team,

When the user adds a new item in the SharePoint Online list, he will be notified with a Welcome Email. I have created a Flow in this regard.

The user can able to get the notification mail but the notification mail comes from the user name who has added the new item in SharePoint Online list.

I need to get mail from Common Microsoft account instead of user account. Is there a way to achieve it?

Kindly suggest me to resolve this issue. It is highly urgent and critical for us.

Note: I tried adding alias email, but it throws error, "You do not have permission to perform".

Thanks,

Raj

    Hey @raja301189

Currently adding another email Address for the send an email notification is not supported. You can set up a shared mailbox for that.

    Hope this Helps!

    Hi @raja301189

You will either have to setup a shared mail box and send the emails from theshared mailbox or you can use the send a a notification action and that will send the email from a genearl microsoft account: ddd.PNG

    Hope this Helps!
