I want to know the software installed in a device id, and this http request does not find the device always.
I do not know what I'm doing wrong.

Your flow setup looks alright. I would suggest to try it with a different client as well, like Postman. This way you can check if it is client related or if it is related to the API or even Defender.
Might also be worth double checking/reaching out to the people in the Microsoft Defender for Endpoint community as well (in parallel to this thread):
