Power Automate Flow using Dataverse List Rows --> 403 Forbidden

I'm struggling to solve a problem I'm having with the Dataverse connector in a Power Automate Flow. I'm using the List Rows action. I've put some pertinent information below so that hopefully someone can help diagnosis the root issue.

- I am the owner of the Flow.

- I am an external user, invited to the organization in Microsoft 365.

- I was added to the Power Platform environment and given sys. admin, environment maker, and basic user.

- I was assigned the Dynamics 365 Finance, Microsoft Power Apps for Developer, and Microsoft Power Automate Free licenses.

Some other interesting things I noted when troubleshooting. I created a basic Canvas app that ties to a Dataverse table. When I tried to play the app, I got an error message that I am not a member of the organization. However, when playing the same app from an InPrivate browser, I had no issues or errors.

I tried the same thing with the Flow using the Dataverse connection, but I get 403 Forbidden in both public and private browsing.

Any ideas on what I'm missing?

    Hi @jritz,

    Did you associate the Flow to the D365 app in your environment?

    The Dataverse connector is being used in a Flow that parses a file and creates journals in D365 F&O. It's my understanding that Flows and apps used in direct connection to Dynamics products don't require any additional licensing to use premium connectors. Even so, if a premium connector is used with my current user configuration, is 403 forbidden the error I would expect if what you've suggested is accurate?

    @jritz

    I don't believe any of that would allow you to use Premium Connectors depending on where you are trying to run them.

    Developer Licenses give you access to premium connectors IN your development environment, not anywhere else.

    Same for the Power automate Free license

    And no I cant explain the in-private thing other than its a fluke and you should have seen an error

    If I have helped you, I would really appreciate if you please Mark my answer as Resolved/Answered, and give it a thumbs up, so it can help others

    Cheers
