Read / write on an excel file on Teams (Shared Point)

I need to use as a datasource for my App an excel file that is on Teams, which, as far as I understand is acctually hosted on SharePoint.

I know that there is a (complicated) way to read it from SharePoint (explained in this POST), but I also need to be able to write back to it.

I'm not the owner but I have full access to the file. One thing I've tried was to share it with me so it would appear in OneDrive (so I can access through OneDriveForBusiness). But, the shared files do not appear using OneDriveForBussiness conector.

Can anyone help me out with this?

I've tried using SharePoint connector.

I see - I've updated the screenshot to help you out. You can actually browse your SharePoint Site straight from the Excel actions:

Just to make things clear for whoever reads the solution above: the solution is to create a flow using Microsoft Flow, which can be done directly from https://make.powerapps.com/, in the left bar there is the icon to create flows.
Chose New Flow -> Instant Cloud Flow -> PowerApps -> New Step -> Excel Online.
