Permission to connect with Office 365 Outlook

In video #6 of the Power Automate unit the demonstration shows a flow created using Copilot that includes a connection to Office 365 Outlook. When I attempt this I get an invalid connection. Apparently this doesn't work with our O365 accounts for this training. Is that correct? Will I be unable to create such a connection?

Hi @CU16052125-0,

Indeed your program account hasn't been licensed for it to use Outlook, so you can't create a connection for the Office 365 Outlook connector. However, there are alternative connectors you can use such as Outlook.com and Gmail which can be used with an MSA or Gmail account respectively.

Hi I used Gmail (Send and email (V2) and so long as you know your login and can hold your nose as you sign away permission to delete emails etc it worked well for me. Good luck.
