Failed to load "CDS entity name"

So I ran into a problem the other night with my PowerApp. I have three custom CDS entities that I use to track customer and delivery information.Within the app, I created a HomePage with three buttons each linked to its own entitiy. One of the custom entities is working fine; however, the other two I am having issues with. The error states: "Failed to load 'NameofmyEntity'. The specified record was not found. Server response: No HTTP resource was found that matches the request URI 'http://####...numbers... No route data was found for this request". I am having difficulty uploading a picture, but will if needed. Anyone else have an issue like this? It worked perfectly well one day and then not the next. One thing I did notice though, the data is not available when viewing through the CDS listings. Thank you for any help, I hope I don't have to recreate a new Entity and upload all new data.

mr-dang, Thank you so much for the help. I did look at the evironment and it was correct; however, after reading a little more, I believe I may have changed some of the fields in my custom entity after I had already uploaded some data. I believe I read that this could break the connection.

    Thanks again!

It is possible that you saved or opened your app in different environments. I encountered a similar problem when the Environments feature was first released. To change the environment, you may need to close your app in Studio, then click your name in the top right corner to change it.
