Error when using calendar control in power pages

Hello,
I'm trying to use the calendar control in a power pages form. It looks OK in the designer:
 
but when I run it, it looks like this:
 
 
and I get this error message at the top of the page:

    I haven't tried the modern control in Power Pages, so perhaps it's not supported yet?!
