Unable to transfer portal using Power Platform CLI with power pages

Hi!

I am trying to transfer a portal via Power Platform CLI. I have done this many times before.

My problem is that I can't seem to use the uploaded record within power pages.

The recommended procedure is to create a blank portal in make.powerapps.com and then use an existing uploaded record.

But now there are no blank portals in make.powerapps.com and if I create a blank portal from Power pages there is no option to use an uploaded record as far as I can see.

Anyone has a a solution to this?

Hi, if you go to make.powerapps.com you can still create a blank portal app
