Dear Experts:
Last year, we had to covert an existing web Forms very quickly to a Portal Forms with high priority. With the help of videos on YouTube and a quick training by Microsoft at work, I was able to create some Portal Forms.
One of the Forms, I had structured it such that I created an Advance Form With Form Metadata on Tab1 and File Uploads for “Proof of Residency” Subgrid on Tab2.
I have Attachment documents going to a SP Library and the data to Dataverse.
Now, users come back and asking me to make the file upload as “Required” input on the Portal Form. I am unable to find any option in the Advanced Form to make it a "Required". I know how to make it “Required” on a Basic Form. But I have not created a Basic Form for this Portal App and found no need to create one during my Portal Form construction at the time.
Is there a way to make the file upload a "Required" action in any way without creating a Basic Form?
If so, please provide me the steps for how to do it.
Thank you for your consideration.
SueA.
