Dataverse "Adx_webrole" table is missing

Hi Team,

I have been working with Power Pages web roles, and I encountered an issue while trying to assign web roles to Contacts. Upon investigation, I discovered that the Contact table is missing the required relationship with the Web Role table. Can someone please help me understand why the Web Role (Adx_webrole) table is missing in Dataverse?

Hi @harish8687

If you are using the enhanced data model. You should see a table called mspp_webroles.

There will be a subgrid for assigning web roles.

Hi @harish8687,

I would assume its related with your security role, check your permission of Adx_webrole table, or try logging in as system admin. Furthurmore, pelase also see if the relationship was added on your contact form. I would be shocked if adx_webrole is missing/deleted in your environment. For my understand, the entire table permission based on the web role.

Thank you for your prompt response.
Web Roles option is available for tables,screenshot is for reference. However, it's missing for Contact as I have shared screenshot in my post.
I want to mention that I have system administrator permissions since I created this environment.

Yes, mspp_webroles is available but it's virtual table and it's not showing up for relationship.

Hey @harish8687,

Can you check if Web role relationship is added on the form? Open your Contact form in makes.powerapps and click on Related, then add relationship, see if you can find the webrole there
