Error Creating Power Pages Cloud Flows (Internal Server Error 500, XrmApiServerError)

After successfully deploying from the development environment to the test environments, the power pages' cloud flows no longer show up in the design studio. The Cloud Flow Consumer table has all the required data. When we try to create a new power page cloud flow in any of the environments we get this error:

The browser console shows a 500 Internal Server Error / XrmApiServerError. We noticed this issue yesterday. We had already made a migration into another environment (another developer's environment which is rarely tested; we just use it to test deployment pipelines) two weeks ago and noticed that the power pages cloud flow APIs are not showing up and we are also receiving the same errors).

We opened a ticket with MSFT, however, we haven't received an answer as to what is going on. Is anyone familiar with this issue and how to fix it?

    Ugg so sorry to hear..

However, this is definitely a server side issue (Dataverse Apis), that support will have to fix. They probably didn't put it at a high priority since its in Test.

I would definitely suggest making them increase the Severity of your Ticket, assuming they made it a D or C at best probably. A is usually production outside, and B is close.. So you may or may not get them to increase it.

After a week of frustration and being passed around by MSFT from team to team I finally figured out the issue. The Power Automate Base Solution was not updated to the correct version. There is much information on what exactly was fixed in that release (1.8.19.1).

    Problem
You might encounter an Internal Server Error, 500, XrmApiServerError, "Request to XRM API failed with server error: 'OrganizationServiceFault'" error when creating an power pages triggers and actions.
