How to execute image processing of form image in power platform?

Hello,

 

I require to identify the fields of form image, for example here - https://th.bing.com/th/id/OIP.TqK1DsFuAHyPF34fqAen4wHaKe?pid=ImgDet&rs=1

 

How can I identify the form fields and validate if the value is filled in the form fields?
