Hi All,

There seems to be an issue with the new JIRA Connector (Create a New Issue V3).

I have set-up my JIRA instance in the connections.

However, it's not retrieving the Project and Issue types. So, I have to use "add custom values".

After adding the "Issue Type Id", I got the below error.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

    Did you solve this?

I had exactly the same issue. my workaround is to always define the parameters with a variable - silly I know but it does work. Secondly I found an issue with the new designer and the Jira plugin so until that is solved I only use the old designer for this.

Also, you can not use the name of an issue. You must use the ID number eg for a Bug use 10402.

    Hi,

I will share my experience with you.  Th Jira connector(s) do not work well with Power Automate.  It is not a Microsoft issue but the vendor itself.  I stopped using Jira connectors due to the on-going issues.
