Portal Templates Missing

Want to create the Community Portal example as shown in the page https://carldesouza.com/creating-a-community-portal-with-blogs-forums-ideas-and-kb-using-power-apps-portals/ but I do not see the option for any Portal examples, jut Canvas and Modal Driven App

 

Am I missing something obvious?

    Hi @ChrisGregory ,

     

    The portal templates are only available if the environment contains model-driven apps in Dynamics 365 (Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Dynamics 365 Field Service, Dynamics 365 Marketing, or Dynamics 365 Project Service Automation). Reference from Portal templates .

     

    You can follow this DOC and try to install the Dynamics 365 Apps, but Notice that they can only be installed in Dynamics365 instances but not Common Data Service Environments.
