Is it possible to create a Power Automate flow that triggers a Sync in Power Pages?

Hello!

My question is fairly straight forward - Is it possible to create a Power Automate flow that triggers a Sync in Power Pages?

I saw a post on this forum from 2020 that asked the same, and the answer was "No". Has anything changed in the 4 years since then, or is the answer still a resounding "No"? If that is the case, is there any other way to trigger a sync without manually pressing the "Sync" button?

The reason I would like this functionality, is because I have a form in my page that sends data to a Dataverse table, but it has to go through a Power Automate flow to generate some extra data, as well as possibly creating rows in other tables that are also viewed on the page. Waiting for the automatic sync every 15th minute is not the end of the world, but I would love if there was a way to trigger the sync somehow.

Nothing has changed in terms of caching over the last few years..

When your Cloud Flow is triggered, is that based on a Power Pages form action?

Perhaps instead of using a dataverse trigger, you can use a Power Pages trigger, which would refresh the data sync to the Portal:

    Hi @OliverRodrigues

The cloud flow is triggered when a row is added to a table. This row is added by submitting a form from Power Pages. Before I added the data modification through the flow, the data was displayed immediately, but after adding the modifications to the row I submit initially, the data is not synced immediately, and the user won't see anything in the list until Power Pages does its automatic sync.

I'll look into other triggers, but since I want to manipulate the row that is submitted, as well as make new rows in other tables that are also displayed on the same page based on that initial row, it made sense to use the "When a row is inserted in Dataverse" trigger.

The other option is Dataverse Plug-ins, but this will require c# knowledge: Write a plug-in (Microsoft Dataverse) - Power Apps | Microsoft Learn
