I have built the below flow to send two emails, on internal to whoever has completed the form and one external to a supplier, based on approval from a manager.

The flow should add a record to an excel sheet, then send the internal email once, then the external email once; however it currently sends them three times each, alternating internal, external, internal, external, internal, external, before exiting the flow.

How can I prevent this from happening as it is causing confusion with the recipients?

Hi

Below is my current "Yes" flow. It looks similar to yours, except the email address it is being sent to. I need the first email to go to the external supplier and the second to the internal employee who logged the request, hence the person who completed the form.

What would I need to change here?
