Hello,

I have a document library. I added a column in this library called email. My goal is when a new file is added to the library it will automatically be sent to the value of the email column. However when I add the trigger "When a file is created" the column email can still be empty and this will lead to the fail of the flow. Are there any solutions to control the column value before starting or any other possible solution

Use the When a file is created of modified trigger with a trigger condition set so the trigger doesn't fire unless the email field isn't empty. Here's a good blog post on Trigger conditions.
