Custom Connector to WebExpenses API

Hi

Has anyone configured a custom connector to WebExpenses REST API? I have the connector configured but can't seem to get it to authorize correctly and it won't make a connection when testing. I click test get a pop-up screen and login but it doesn't make the connection. Also when using the Swagger authorisation in the Custom Connector I get a message as per the screenshot even though the redirect URIs are correct to what is in the custom connector.

WebExpenses have configured the redirect URL to be the same as the one in the Connector Security settings which shows global.consent.azure-apim.net/redirect but it seems it's not redirecting to that URI, We have also tried the fix in this replacing the redirect URI with the one suggested here:  Custom Connector OAuth Redirect - Power Platform Community (microsoft.com) but this doesn't work either.

Any suggestions thanks
