While using plan designer, preview features are not available and my process agent keeps processing

Issue 1:
 
As explained in video tutorial "2. Building your first Plan", I do not see the option to enable the preview features.
 
Issue 2: 

The process agent keeps running



I refreshed the page

 
Issue 3-

it say requirement agent created the stuff but the process diagram section is empty.

    Its still the same issue. The process agent is still processing even after 24 hrs

    With regards to your first question, plan designer is out of preview so there is currently nothing you need to do to enable preview options.
     
    With question 2 and 3, the Process Agent can sometimes become stuck. This is a known, intermittent problem.
     
     
    If you try again, it should hopefully work. When the process agent completes successfully, the process diagram should be populated.
     
    Can you try again and see if you have more success?
