Tracking User Submissions Power Apps Portals Webforms

Hello I have two requirements for an embedded advanced form in a powerapps portal

 

1) Users from the same company have the ability to edit each others responses. 

2) Dataverse tracks what users submit what question in the advanced form.

 

How should I configure my advanced form and the configuration settings to track who submits what? Below are screenshots of my Advanced Form and Advanced Form Steps.

    The easiest thing would be leveraging the OOB audit history capabilities from dataverse, you can add fields "Updated By" and track the contact record who is performing the updates, this video might help on creating and populating the updated by field: Power Apps Portals Tip #68 - Created By or Modified By Contact - Engineered Code - YouTube

     

    Depending on how granular you need this audit, you might have to go more on a custom route, either using API or Plugins.
