Please, what is best practice with Excel dynamic content - do you use (Formatted) by default or not, across your flows?
I have tried to find an explanation or tutorial or topic on this with no luck, apologies if this exists already.
I am guessing it might be important to use one or the other with dates and numbers but maybe it is not important when it comes to text? Or is it important with text when it comes to referencing in steps like Excel Update a row?
My main use cases are using excel data in Outlook Send an email (V2) and Excel Update a row

I think it depends on your needs whether to use the format or not, and if you want to format dynamic content in the body of the email, you need to use the HTML code.
