Add attachments to list items - attachment cannot be opened

Hello Community,

Resources:

SharePoint list:

Excel template file uploaded in SharePoint Library:

I have following setup:

When item is created or modified flow gets file content of excel file, checks for a condition, replace the placeholders in excel file with row data taken from SharePoint List and upload excel file to SharePoint Item.

The flow is successfully running but there are 2 issues:

1. Flow checker giving warning for infinite trigger loop I cannot find a way to solve this;

2. Biggest issue - file is attached as per bellow image, to SharePoint list item, but for some reason the file is getting somehow corrupted because I am not able to open it.

Would really appreciate if someone could help me with this issues.
