Image design is reverted upon linking to a page

We are currently using images as icons for navigating to other pages. The issue is that the image design selections (shadow and corner radius) are reverting when it is linked to a different page. The design selection is remaining the same on images without links. Has anyone encountered this issue? Thanks in advance!

Edit: Adding Screenshots for clarification

This is how images look without any link

Linked the image to navigate to a different page.

The images look like this where the corner radius has no effect.

It might help to post a screenshot of the pages before & after

Hi! I've updated the post with screenshots to provide more detail. Hope that clarifies the question!

Perhaps the border-radius applies to the a tag not the img tag? So if your image is not a link, it doesn't display the border-radius. Hard to say. Requires CSS de-bugging in your browser inspector.

I find the Power Pages Editor creates strange HTML & CSS, overriding much of the standard Bootstrap styling and these weird problems often occur.

I have no idea why it's such an oddball editor. I usually end up modifying the code in VScode.dev editor, for a balance between cascade, specificity and keeping it editable in PP Editor.
