Business Central - Replicate records in other companies upon record creation

I'm trying to get the subject line flow to work with Business Central - specifically whenever Customers and GL Accounts are created, I want them duplicated in other companies. Has anyone seen an example of this flow built elsewhere? I am having issues with errors in mine and I'm unsure why. I appreciate any help very much, thank you! I'm including my Flow build below. Right now whenever I create a Customer in the first company I get an error - I've also included a picture of that. It'd be great if someone could advise or point me towards an example of this being done.

    @PowerBack19

    No problem - I've done so.

    That's what I suspected - so Power AUtomate approval flows in BC act as more of an honor system rather than a control for management - the idea is you link utilize the Power Automate approval in conjunction with BC approvals to make it easier for management?

    I also noted that below your last sentence no examples were linked - was there meant to be more?

    Thanks a ton.

    @Anonymous - Thanks for the response! Could you please mark my prior response as the answer to your question? Now to your next question...

    I don't believe the records can be locked from a Power Automate (flow) perspective. Business Central must have some internal functionality that is triggered when using the BC workflows.

    You can, however, execute BC Actions. Here are some examples:

    Hi @PowerBack19  - I suspect because I'm dumb. I had thought that setting the Row ID for the field would pull the applicable value for that field from the initial record. I updated the Flow and now it seems to be working as expected. I appreciate it.

    As long as I have your attention, I hope you wouldn't mind answering one further question for me? I am trying to figure out if creating an approval flow in Power Automate without creating a Business Central workflow will lock records while waiting for approval. I know you can send actionable e-mails out of the system, I'm just not sure if there is a restriction on any record awaiting approval when ONLY the Power Automate flow is setup.

    Thanks again.

    @Anonymous - Is there a reason you are putting the "Row ID" in every single field? This would cause issues. The fields you are mapping from should match the fields you mapping to. So, "address street" from the source company should map to the "address street" in destination company.
