Hi,

I've weird situation. I have three webform steps,

1) First step - Conditional

2) Second step - Load tab

3) Last step - Redirect

I have configured start step "Conditional", if the logged user has credithold field = Yes then load the second step else last step.

I am really not sure what is wrong in this web form. Why I doubt that the problem exists in conditional step because when I change the start page to load tab form it is working fine.

can you please assist if you have ever experienced similar issues.

cheers - Jags

    Hi @Anonymous

    Hi @

Can you confirm the data type of your credithold field? If it's a 'Yes/No' field (or what used to be a CDS Two Options field), I believe you should be testing for a true/false value, as opposed to Yes/No.

Therefore, could you try changing your condition to credithold = true to see if that makes a difference?

    Hi @timl

I did try as creditonhold = true but it has same issues.

the field details as shows below,

    Hi @Anonymous

Looking at this more closely, I don't think it's possible to have a conditional web form step as the first step in the web form.

This is because the record source defaults to the record source of the previous step, and without a previous step, I suspect that the record isn't loading correctly in order for the condition to run.

Perhaps someone else here might be able to comment on this behaviour.

(Unfortunately) the first step of a web form cannot be conditional.
