    Hi

Refresh the report first (use the power bi refresh action)
    Then export it
That's as live as you will get.

    Check out the following steps:
    • Power BI REST API:  To export live data from Power BI to PowerPoint or another format, you can use the Power BI REST API to query the live data from a report or dataset.  Use Power Automate with the "HTTP request" action to call the Power BI REST API and retrieve the latest dataset information.

    • Retrieve Live Data:  Use the "Get Dataset" or "Query Dataset" API endpoints to extract the most up-to-date data directly from Power BI. The dataset or report should support real-time updates.  Example API Endpoint: https://api.powerbi.com/v1.0/myorg/datasets/{datasetId}/executeQueries

    • Process the Data:  Once you've retrieved the live data from Power BI, process or format the data using Power Automate to fit your desired export format (e.g., for PowerPoint or Excel).

    • Generate PowerPoint with Live Data:  Use a PowerPoint template and fill in the live data from Power BI using Power Automate actions like "Populate a Word template" or third-party connectors to insert dynamic content into the PowerPoint slides.

    • Email or Store the PowerPoint:  After generating the PowerPoint with live data, you can email it or store it in a location like OneDrive or SharePoint for easy access.
