It sounds like the process agent is getting stuck while running or publishing this can happen for a few reasons. Try these quick checks:

Clear your browser cache or open Power Automate Process Mining

in an incognito window to rule out session issues.

Verify your connection a slow or unstable network can cause timeouts when uploading or processing data.

Check file size and format if you’re uploading process data, ensure it’s within the supported size and file type limits (CSV, under 250MB).

Wait and refresh from a new tab sometimes processing continues in the background; reloading from another tab after a few minutes can show progress.

Try a different region or environment if it’s a Developer environment, try using a Production or Sandbox environment temporarily.

If still stuck: go to the Power Platform Admin Center → Environments → Health to check for ongoing service issues.

If none of the above works, you can raise a support ticket with the session ID or error message under

Help + Support → New Support Request in the Power Platform Admin Center.

The process agent can be slow to complete, or work intermittently.

The plan designer feature is changing/evolving quickly and the performance should hopefully improve.

If it gets stuck the best thing to do is to wait a few hours and try again. I tested it with the requirements in the video and it works ok for me.
