Hi all,
I am a System Admin for a particular Power Platform environment. When I look at the environment in the Power Apps Maker Portal, I can see the following:
From the Apps side menu:
- All model-driven apps
- Canvas apps that have been shared with me
From the Flow side menu:
- Flows that have been shared with me
From the Solutions side menu:
- All the solutions in the environment, and their content. This includes apps and flows that haven’t been shared with me.
Therefore, if a app or flow is not in a solution, I cannot see it in the Maker Portal.
When I look at the environment in PPAC, under the resources section I can see the following:
Power Apps:
- All Canvas and Model-Driven apps in the environment
Flows:
- All flows in the environment
Does this match everyone’s understanding?
The reason I ask is that a Vendor has created some apps and flows that I can see in PPAC, but can’t see in the Maker Portal as they don’t appear to be in a solution, as I would have expected.
