Hello!
Is Flow able to identify sheets in excel and delete the first two sheets and keep the third sheet in the workbook? .
It might be worth checking out Office Scripts, through which you can write some simple script code to do things like deleting worksheets.

Thank you but unfortunately office scripts are blocked by my corporation rules..any other solution?
One possible workaround (though may need a lot more extra effort) is to use an HTTP action to send a request to the Microsoft Graph API to delete the worksheet.
