Hi,
I have created a flow whereby when someone submits a form I use get user profile to get their email and send an email to them.
In the get user profile I use the responders email - This has work for months, but now all of the sudden when I try it it doesn't work? and it comes up with - user not found? Even though my account is still active in azure.
Has anyone else come across this problem before? I checked my connection and of65 is still connected to power automate.

Try to use a graph request instead of "Get user profile" action.
I ran into a similar problem. In the end I resolved it by amending the settings on the form (which was the trigger to the flow) by selecting "record name". I hope that works for you!
