Why my website has to be restarted peoredically can we preview it?

Our witesite is still under development, and it has been converted to production, and we have assigned 25 licenses for authenticated users in the environment, but it still need to restart peoredically then can we preview it.

What is the problem and how can we solve this issue?

Hi @MichaelSoft,

I guess you are using the enhanced data model?
If so this is an issue I am currently experiencing myself and known to Microsoft. It seems that when you change something there are some occasions when the portal is crashing. A restart usually does the trick for me.

Anyway I already raised a ticket and will post here when I got news leading to a solution.
