Can I restrict read/access of a webpage for one specific webrole?

So I don`t want to add all the web roles that have access when restricting, instead I want to just add the only role that doesn`t have access.
User might have multiple roles, so the idea is, if you have that role within the other roles, your access is not granted.

Web Page Access Control Rule > Restrict read will achieve this in general. But what you are trying to achieve will always be superseded by the highest grant web role. Meaning. If the contact A is a Global Manager Web role which will have read access to Page A and if the same contact got a lower level web role, ex sales user. The "Global manager" web role will take precedence. Because the contact is assigned in two web roles.

Maybe you can hear from @Fubar , @chleverenz or any other experts.

You would need to add Liquid validation for this.

Like Ragavan explained, the way Web Page Access Control Rules works is by merging and granting the most privileges to the user, so if one of the Web Roles gives access to the record, they will have access
