field on form but not viewable to users filling out form

Hello-
SUPER NEW TO POWER AUTOMATE.  I appreciate the help that I have been getting but now out of now where another issue has come up .

On my form it clearly states/asks basically how many do you want to order---see #34 below  Purchase quantity

This has been working great on my form so far but today when I'm testing the form on other areas, it is not viewable

however once the form is submitted, I'm assuming because it's shown in my flow

Quantity shows up but of course blank.   I have made no changes at all to that operation because it has been working up until now.

Any help or thoughts are appreciated.

Thanks
Nora

It appears you may be referring to a Microsoft Forms form. If so, that's not really related to these forums, which is focused on Power Automate, and where you posted your question. Someone may be able to answer your question since Microsoft Forms are definitely used in the context of Power Automate, but your question is related more to the functionality of the form rather than a question about a workflow.

I am just setting expectations as to whether you'll get an answer here that will resolve your problem. With that said, check the form to see if branching has been configured. Then check the branching rules and adjust them as needed. There is nothing in Power Automate itself that would hide a field on your form unless something has recently changed.

I don't see any new MS Forms actions nor anything that would allow you to control the display of the questions on the form, which makes sense since the only trigger available is when a new response is submitted.

However, your attachment shows form fields #33 and #34 with white backgrounds. Question #19 shows a blue background. Unless something has recently changed, as far as I am aware you can only choose one background color for your form. Is question 19 in a different form than questions 33 and 34? If so, that would explain why it does not show on the form.

If question #19 is dependent on the answer to questions #33 and #34, then question #19 needs to be moved after question 33 and/or 34.
