Forms: 5 column layout

I am trying to create a form based on a Dataverse table, but the out-of-box components available in Data --> Forms only includes 1-column selection, 2-column selection, and 3-column selection. I see that after I add a 3-column selection, I can further modify the component to 4 columns. Strange that a 4-column selection isn't available right off the bat, but whatever. Is there any way I can get a 5 column layout here in one of these forms? Thanks in advance!

Thanks - while this is a somewhat short and limited video, I see that there are others available as well and I will take a look!

Thanks for this - I will explore the nesting in tabs option; I had tried previously to nest sections in other (non-tab) sections to no avail. I keep hearing about people designing their own form front ends for Dataverse tables in Power Pages using Liquid fetchxml, but I have yet to find any tutorials for it online. Do you happen to know of any resources?

4 is the max that you can get in one Section.  What you can potentially do is create a 2 column Tab and then in each column to the Tab add a Section - however be aware that the responsive design may realign the display differently for sections vs tab columns

The alternative would be to build your own using Liquid fetchxml and HTML and then use the Web API to submit data
