Custom JavaScript are getting clear out

I have experienced many a times that the JS code is getting cleared automatically when I click somewhere on the portal "Custom Javasacript of Additional Setting of Basic Form" or when I roughly scroll the page.

 

Has anyone experienced the same? Is there any solution for this?
