Hi,
I'm building a publicly available portal site and I need the ability to exclude specific IP address.
I know we can use the restrict IP option to only include certain IPs but I need the opposite here.
Any ideas of how to acheive this?

My portal has no login at all. It is a publicly available site which is why I have even more need to such a feature.
This is a basic feature of cPanel in any web hosting solution, seems very strange that MS does not provide this option.

I don't think it is possible. But if you are interested, keep in mind that local login is a deprecated feature and if you plan to use only AAD (B2C or B2B), then you can try restricting by county. Following is the reference article for you
