I have created an automated cloud flow that sends out a case creation confirmation email to the contact of a case upon creation. The flow is triggered when a new row is added to the case table.
The cloud flow works just as expected when the case is created by a user in Dynamics. I also have a record creation rule that creates cases from incoming email to a mailbox. These cases also trigger the flow.
However, the customer is also using power pages as a customer-self service site. The customer can log into the portal and register a new case. The case-record is created correctly in Dynamics and added to the correct queue - but the confirmation email that is supposed to trigger on the added row in the case table does not trigger at all! I have no idea why. I'd really appreciate any help in the matter.
