Hello Everyone,

I am new to this community as well as to the technology.

As per our project requirements, I am looking for the way to Create Power Automate Flow that would generate excel file in a particular folder weekly or monthly for all the activities that a user do in a site like creation ,updating, deletion etc.

Also Admin can generate excel audit report according to his/her requirements, For that I also need to create Custom PowerApps Form.

I am following this link http://www.sharepointsamples.com/schedule-sharepoint-site-audit-report-using-microsoft-power-automate-o365-management-activity-api/ ,but in this an email is sent at the end with CSV table but I need to generate excel report.

Please help and suggest to achieve my task.

    @ScottShearer Thanks for the reply.

    Could you share any link which has all the steps to achieve this ?

    And I don't want to email the report I want to save it in particular folder in that site.

    And is there any way in PowerApps to create Custom form to achieve this?

    As our client need flexibility to generate Audit Report as per his requirement .He needs both through Power Automate(automated) and PowerApps(custom).

    @Anonymous

    Instead of creating the HTML table, consider this:

    1. Have an excel file that contains a table or tables with all the columns that you need
    2. When you need the report, create a copy of the Excel file via Flow
    3. Use the Add a rows to a table (Excel online) action to add the data to the Excel table
    4. Save and email the new file
