Power Up Program: Visualize School Library Data with Power BI

I’m working in Week 4 of the Power Up Program, looking at videos 8 and 9.
I created the matrix that shows school loans for the school years. But when I added the Student Names to the table, I lost the school years somehow. I’ve tried re-creating this a few times, but I keep losing the years as soon as the connection to the student names is made.

I found doing the following resolved this:
    1. In the top ribbon, click "Home"
    2. Then click "Transform Data"
    3. Select the "Loans" table
    4. Find the "pu_dateloanstart" column and right-click on the column heading
    5. Select "Change Type" from the menu
    6. Select "Date"
      • Mine was set to "Date/Time"
    7. Click "Close & Apply"
After doing this, the data displayed correctly.

Thank you, @Glynnryan !  After many tries before finding this forum and banging my head against the wall, this worked. Thank you so much.
