Hi, I have an excel file that contains names (FirstName and LastName) in a single cell. I need to build a flow that can extract the name of the cell in question to then use that name in a CC field in that email. Typically if you input first and last name into Outlook it would otherwise locate and populate that user. Can this be automated?

General idea:

Excel file with sales information. When the email has extracted the data it needs from Excel, and the conditions are met, send email to myself and cc the salesperson to then send the email.

How can I convert plain text in the cell to have it used in the CC field when the email is itself is sent?

I think it's difficult to search the mail address from names. Because if your organization has the users who have same FirstName and LastName, the system is not able to decide which one is correct.
How about to have email address on excel file and directly put to CC field?
