Issue with Basic Form Webpage Lookup in Power Pages Management

I have successfully created a Basic Form using the Power Pages UI, and it appears to be functioning correctly on the website. However, when I navigate to the Power Pages Management, I've noticed that the webpage lookup for this basic form is showing up as empty.
As per Microsoft "A Basic Form must be associated with a webpage for a given website for the form to be viewable within the site."
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-pages/configure/basic-forms#:~:text=A%20Basic%20Form%20must%20be%20associated%20with%20a%20webpage%20for%20a%20given%20website%20for%20the%20form%20to%20be%20viewable%20within%20the%20site.

Why? Has anyone else experienced a similar issue?

    Hi @Sreenidhi123,

as it seems you can see the form on your page but something is not properly working with the connection.

Can you try to delete the form on your page and add it again? It did solve the issue in some of those cases I had.

    Hope that helps.

If the post solves your problem, please mark it as solution. If it helps, consider a thumbs up. cases.

Traditionally the Lookup on the Web Page would be populated, but recently (with the new editor) this is not the case.  Traditionally, the Web Template would use the Lookup's to populate the Liquid tags for entitylist, entityform, and webform - in the new editor these tags are written directly into the Page Content field on the Web Page (loacl content version) with the values hardcoded in them and don't use the Lookups.
