The way I am currently doing is to add a solution and your customised forms ex: profile web form and Power Automate flows into the solution and use the configuration migration tool to transfer from DEV to UAT.

In a nutshell, you can simply use the configuration migration tool to transfer between environments. There is no need to add to solution except the above scenario mentioned.
There are also some good tools available in XRM toolbox.
