XRM Toolbox Portal Records Mover failing to retrieve records

Hi All

We have a problem with the XRM Toolbox Portal Records Mover. We've been using it for over 3 years and it's worked fine. The problem we have is as follows

We open Portal Record Mover and connect to our environment.

Load items, Select all, select the website from which to get records, select Get only active records, select Export as folder structure. Click Retrieve records.

The dialogue box appears showing what is being selected. This is updated as the entities are selected. After a few seconds and quite a few entities we are prompted to login to our D365 account. This is successful.

The dialogue continues to update with the entity names but the login prompt keeps flashing behind the dialogue.

After a while the following message appears and the Retrieve stops. Has anyone see this behaviour or can suggest a possible cause?

pls try the following:

The account being used has the necessary permissions, including access to Portal Management entities.

There are no restrictions or conditional access policies (like location-based access) affecting the login.

Try running XRM Toolbox with Administrator privileges. Right-click the XRM Toolbox application and select Run as administrator to ensure it has full permissions
