Importing from excel error: 0x80040237

I have been trying to import data from excel onto a table and have been getting the error code: 0x80040237 a record with a matching key values already exists for the entire spreadsheet. It has been doing this even when creating new original data. Any ideas how to fix this?

    Are you using Dataflows or is it in Power Apps?
