Forms, PowerPoint and Flow

I have recently discovered that MS Forms can be embedded into PowerPoint. This is great. I would like to have a type of approval form which can be added into any relevant PPT file and then the approver submits the form to approve the contents. I then have a simple flow which will send an email confirmation to the approver that they have provided approval.

What I am wondering is if there is some way in Power Automate that I can get the PPT file name or similar, so that when the confirmation email is sent it actually tells the approver what they approved each time. Eg. You have approved Annual Report on Monday 1/1/2030, as oppose to just, You have provided an approval. Can this be done?
